We conduct research on governance challenges of the day, topical and sector issues and generate new knowledge to help government improve, rethink, and change the business-as-usual approach that has condemned Malawi as one of poorest nations. We apply for funding or seek partnerships to support and disseminate our findings.
The centre conducts commissioned research for Government, Private and Public Investment firms, International, Regional and Non-Governmental Organisations focusing on Policy, Projects, Legal, Social and Economic issues related to Malawi, SADC and Africa.
We conduct security and investments risk assessments and do due diligence for investors, banks, and any institution. The service is only offered in Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia, and South Africa
We offer training and learning in all areas of expertise for any institution. This includes in areas of Research Methods, Policy, Strategy. Law and Cybersecurity. We also specialize in Executive Training in Corporate Governance, Digital Platforms use by Public and Private Sector, VIP Communications and Protocol Services.

Our focus includes creation of budget monitoring platform, service platforms to promote citizen participation, government digital transformation, campaign on access to information, internet, and affordable telecommunication services. Campaign to have free Wi-Fi in schools. Cybersecurity awareness focusing on privacy, growing mobile money and digital banking for communities.
